The staff were super friendly and the location was great being so close to the station so easy to get around but not in the centre of the busier areas. Complimentary drinks vending machine was exceptional! Rooms were really big and comfy bed with option to pick your pillow. Loved that the pyjamas were changed every day.

The rooms were very spacious, the hotel had lots of free amenities, there were lovely authentic restaurants in the area (halal Indian food at Aladij was Devine) and waygu hot pot down the road with loads of craft beer, whiskey, cider, etc. loved it!!!

The pillow selection station in the lobby was amazing!! Great bath in room, front desk staff were excellent. Easy access from train station and much cheaper than staying at Tokyo station. Plenty of nearby cheap restaurants/cafes/convenience stores.

Room was pretty big for 3 persons. Location is adequate if you intend to go to Akihabara in less than 15 min by foot or Ueno. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Staff was very professionnal and friendly and helped us carry our luggages to our room.

Very clean, they offer free beverages and a paid breakfast that was a start to the day. The room was much larger than we've experienced in other trips to Japan, which was much needed.
